Ingredients
  

  • - 1 sweet kale salad kit contains chopped greens, dried cranberries, roasted pepitas, and poppyseed dressing
  • - Optional : protein of your choice grilled chicken breast, cooked salmon, tofu, or chickpeas
  • - Optional extras : sliced apples or grapes crumbled goat cheese, avocado, or cooked quinoa

Instructions
 

  • Empty the Salad : Open the kit and pour the greens into a large mixing bowl.
  • Add Toppings : Sprinkle the dried cranberries and roasted pepitas over the greens.
  • Dress the Salad : Pour the poppyseed dressing over the mix. Start with half the packet; add more to taste.
  • Toss Thoroughly : Use tongs or two large forks to toss all components until everything is evenly coated.
  • Customize (Optional) : Add your chosen protein, fruits, avocado, or cheese.
  • Serve Immediately : Transfer to serving bowls or a large platter.
